| Bluff Mountain Realty is located at 2186 Parkway (US 441) between traffic lights #0 and #1. This is 1/2 mile past the Miracle Theater on the right going into Pigeon Forge. This is where you
pick up your keys and check in. If you are staying at the Walden Lodge, key pickup will be a the Walden Lodge Office Building. |

| Please call us at 865-453-3717 or 800-462-2134 a day or two before your arrival to confirm your unit and arrival time. We will then tell you where to pick up your keys if you are going to arrive after
office hours. |

| Our office hours are 8 A.M to 6 P.M. Monday through Friday and 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. |

| Reservation Terms & Policies |
- Rates subject to state, city, and county taxes.
- Rates subject to change without advance notice
(Prices may vary for Special Events and Holidays).
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,
Cash, Travelers Checks.
- A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of
making your reservation for Holly Ridge Condo's, Briar Cliff Condo's, Mountain Falls Cabins, and Units #1, #2, #3, #9, #10 and #11 at Walden Lodge (1, 2, or 3 bedroom cabins).
- Our 7 Bedroom Lodge and 5 Bedroom Cabins #5 & #6 at Walden Lodge require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival, also non-refundable.
- A 10 day advance notice of cancellation required.
- No refunds due to weather or change in plans.
- For all one night stays a cleaning fee will apply. For all reservations that are more than one night, the cleaning fee will be waived. The fee amount depends on the size of the unit reserved.

| Cancellation Policy |
- You have up to 10 days before your arrival to cancel. If you cancel within this time, you will only be charged 20% of your first nights deposit for processing - the balance will be refunded. This applies to Holly Ridge Condo's, Briar Cliff Condo's, Mountain Falls Cabins, and Units #1, #2, #3, #9, #10 and #11 at Walden Lodge (1, 2, or 3 bedroom cabins).
- If you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival, we retain the entire first nights deposit.
- Any deposits or balance paid on the 7 Bedroom Lodge or Units #5 & #6 (5 bedroom units) at Walden Lodge are non-refundable.
